So it occurred to me; tariffs thrown 'hugely' around the globe will eventually create a recession as they have been shown to do in the past. Who benefits most from a recession? The rich and those who deal in real estate, because they buy up all the things that go through foreclosure. Who has thrice made money this way (and shit the bed at least three times while doing it?) The orange duke. That's one clever way around the emoluments clause.
