I need to find a job back home.
Many of the teachers in Jeolla still haven't been paid this month because the County Ed Offices are withholding pay while they "audit" or some such crap.
I have been paid, thank god, but it doesn't give me much faith in the program or Korea's desire to have any foreign teachers here. It just seems criminal the way they are doing things. Beyond that, they're trying to bilk money out of teachers that haven't been paid to pay for and insurance adjustment because they fuct up and didn't take the correct money out of the teachers' salaries when their pay jumped last year.
I am unsure what I would do, but the term "midnight run" comes to mind.
I need to begin securing things in the event I am indeed leaving in 4 and a half to 5 months. A big part of me doesn't want to go, but things are just getting fucking weird.
